Processing a deer

The Morgans have always been known as hunters. While only a handful on the newer generations get out to hunt, I try to make myself one of them. Alas... not this year. Thanks to my buddy Scott for nabbin' one for the freezer. These pics are not for the faint, but if you like deer jerky, and steak you might be interested in the process.
