Antique Hand Painted Kerosene Chandelier

Another fine piece from my dads estate. It breaks my heart that I can't afford to grab this for myself.

This is a hand-painted kerosene chandelier. Includes glass chimney and works great. All in tact. This chandelier can be raised and lowered just by pulling the bottom part. This is made for lighting. You pull it down to light it, then raise it back up... just by pushing it up. In the top mounting bracket, there is a retracting assembly that works perfectly. I've tried to demonstrate it in two of the pictures below. It says "Success" on the gallery knob.

It's sold as is. I hope I've provided all the information one needs. If for some reason, I haven't, let me know. I'm happy to do what I can to provide the info you need. I'll make sure it is packed and shipped professionally.

Please email me with any questions if you are uncertain to bid.

Shipping will be to anywhere in the US. I'll provide shipping totals to the winner when I am sent the information. I accept PayPal, money orders or a cashier's check. If you send me a personal check, it of course needs to clear before I can ship the item.

Note: The two pictures above attempt to demonstrate the chandelier pulled down in the "lighting" position, and then pushed back up to be out of the way. Notice the two coin-shaped things in either chain. On the top picture, is is clear to see they are the stops for the chandelier. They indicate that the fixture is in the highest position. In the lower picture, they are lower, showing that it is pulled down for lighting. The light can be pulled down eve further. In the top mounting bracket, there is a nice assembly that extends and retracts the chain as it is pulled down or pushed up.
