Protein Bars
| Ingredient List: |
| 3 1/2 cups - Quick oats |
| 4 Scoops - Whey Protein |
| 1 Cup - Sugar-free Syrup |
| 2 - Eggs |
| 1/4 Cup - Orange Juice |
| 1/4 Cup - Natural Applesauce |
| 1 1/2 Cup - Evaporated Milk |
| Directions: Mix wet ingredients in a small bowl. Mix dry ingredients in a larger bowl. Combine and bake in 9 x 13 pan for about 20-25 minutes! |
