Cheesy sausage and shrimp baked pasta

| 2 - italian sausages |
| 1 - dozen or so lg shrimp (raw) |
| 1 - lg egg (beaten) |
| 8 - oz. spaghetti pasta |
| 3 - garlic cloves (minced) |
| 8 - oz. alfredo sauce |
| 1/2 cup - grated parmesan romano cheese blend |
| 1/2 - cup grapefruit juice |
| 1 tsp - italian seasoning |
| 2 tsps - old bay seasoning |
| - salt and pepper to taste |
| Directions: Heat 2 quart saucepan filled with water to a boil, add thawed shrimp and old bay seasoning. While shrimp are boiling, brown crumbled, de-skinned, sausages in a skillet with garlic, and cook pasta until almost "done," or al dente. In a 2 quart casserole, combine alfredo sauce and dry seasonings. Add cooked shrimp (cooled in ice after having boiled), browned sausage with sauteed garlic, and cooked pasta, plus egg, grapefruit juice and parmesan/romano blend. Combine. Sprinkle the top of this dish with more grated parmesan/romano cheese if desired and add a few pats of real butter for browning. Bake in an oven pre-heated to 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly. |
