Hungarian Goulash with Noodles

| 1 lb - beef cubed |
| 2 tbls. - veg. oil |
| 2 - medium onions |
| 1 1/4 tsp. - paprika |
| 2 tbls. - brown sugar |
| 1 1/4 tsp. - salt |
| 3 tbsp. - worchestershire sauce |
| 3/4 tsp. - cider vinegar |
| 6 tbls. - ketchup |
| 1 1/2 cups - water |
| 3 tbsp. - flour |
| 16 oz. - noodles |
| 1/4 tsp. - dry mustard |
| Directions: Brown meat in oil. Add onion. Combine mustard, paprika, brown sugar, and salt. Combine Worcestershire, vinegar, ketchup and add to mustard. Add mixture to the meat along with a cup of water. Stir and cover. Cook over low heat 2 1/2 hrs. or until meat is tender. Blend flour with remaining 1/2 cup water and add to mixture. Stir until thickened. Serve over noodles. |
