Hungarian Goulash with Noodles

Ingredient List:
1 lb - beef cubed
2 tbls. - veg. oil
2 - medium onions
1 1/4 tsp. - paprika
2 tbls. - brown sugar
1 1/4 tsp. - salt
3 tbsp. - worchestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. - cider vinegar
6 tbls. - ketchup
1 1/2 cups - water
3 tbsp. - flour
16 oz. - noodles
1/4 tsp. - dry mustard
 
Directions:
Brown meat in oil. Add onion. Combine mustard, paprika, brown sugar, and salt. Combine Worcestershire, vinegar, ketchup and add to mustard. Add mixture to the meat along with a cup of water. Stir and cover.

Cook over low heat 2 1/2 hrs. or until meat is tender. Blend flour with remaining 1/2 cup water and add to mixture. Stir until thickened. Serve over noodles.
