Meat Loaf
| Ingredient List: |
| 1 cup - instant oats |
| 1 - onion |
| 1/2 cup - catsup |
| 1 - egg |
| 1 tbsp. - Worcestershire sauce |
| 2 - cloves of garlic |
| 1/2 tsp. - salt (optional) |
| 1/4 tsp. - pepper |
| 1/2 tsp. - basil |
| 1/2 tsp. - thyme |
| Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Shape into 2 loaves in loaf pans or one large in a 13 by 9 casserole dish. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until no longer pink. |
